Last week the students of Háaleitisskóli had workshops with design team ÞYKJÓ, where they discussed the future development of Ásbrú and elaborated on their ideas in creative ways. The students created models and collages, did shadow theater, made mural paintings in the schools hallway and built a creative playground with recycled materials. Swimming pool, dogpark and a ferris wheel were among the suggestions made for a future Ásbrú. The workshops and resulting student projects will be presented at the Ásbrú Open Day in May.
